BHBB USA Chauffeur & Concierge Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by BHBB USA LLC (“BHBB USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida-based chauffeur, executive transportation, and concierge services company. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking services, authorizing payment, or riding in a BHBB USA vehicle or affiliate-arranged vehicle, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not book or use our services.

1. Services Offered

BHBB USA provides private, professional ground transportation and concierge coordination services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transportation to and from MIA, FLL, PBI, and private FBOs
  • Seaport transportation, including PortMiami and Port Everglades
  • Hourly chauffeur service and full-day hire
  • Corporate and executive transportation
  • Event, concert, stadium, and private-function transportation
  • Intercity transportation within Florida
  • Florida Keys transportation
  • Concierge-related coordination upon request
  • Nationwide and worldwide airport transportation through vetted affiliate partners where available

All services are subject to vehicle availability, chauffeur availability, traffic, weather, road conditions, event restrictions, public safety conditions, airport or venue rules, and operational limitations.

BHBB USA services are primarily provided throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding service areas, with additional coverage available through approved affiliate partners.

These Terms apply to BHBB USA chauffeur, transportation, and concierge services. They do not replace or govern any separate BHBB USA | MARKETPLACE affiliate terms unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Reservations & Booking

A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment, deposit, or written payment authorization is required before service, unless corporate billing or another written arrangement has been approved by BHBB USA.

Reservations may be requested through the BHBB USA website, by phone, by email, WhatsApp Business, approved booking system, or other authorized communication channels.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until BHBB USA issues written confirmation by email, SMS, booking system, or another approved written communication.

The Client is responsible for reviewing all confirmation details, including pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger name, contact phone number, flight number, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage count, stops, special requests, and notes.

3. Pricing, Quotes, Surcharges & Gratuity

BHBB USA provides transparent pricing based on service type, vehicle type, itinerary, distance, duration, location, timing, special requests, and operational requirements.

When a quote is described as all-inclusive, it generally means that the confirmed price includes the vehicle, professional chauffeur service, standard fuel, standard tolls, standard airport or port-related fees, and standard chauffeur gratuity when specifically stated in the confirmation.

Early/Late After-Hours Surcharge: trips scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM incur an additional 20% of the base rate.

Holiday Surcharge: services on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day incur an additional 20% of the base rate.

All-inclusive pricing does not automatically include items outside the confirmed itinerary, including additional stops, extended waiting time, route changes, additional service time, special event parking, premium parking, extra luggage handling, greeter services, child seats unless confirmed, cleaning or damage fees, additional vehicles, venue-specific access fees, special security or escort requirements, concierge purchases, or third-party costs.

Final charges may also include tolls, parking, extended wait time, added stops, route changes, after-hours surcharges, holiday surcharges, or other approved or incurred charges.

4. Payment & Pre-Authorization

By booking, the Client authorizes BHBB USA to place a temporary pre-authorization hold of up to twenty percent (20%) above the quoted total on the Client’s payment method. This hold accommodates potential additional charges, including extended service time, waiting time beyond grace periods, route changes, added stops, parking, tolls, surcharges, cleaning, damage, or violation fees.

The Client further authorizes BHBB USA to charge the final amount incurred upon completion of service. Unused portions of any authorization hold are released according to the Client’s card issuer policies.

Payments are processed through a PCI Level 1-certified payment platform when applicable; BHBB USA does not store raw card data. Failure to maintain sufficient authorization may result in delayed service, service termination, cancellation, refusal of service, or collection efforts.

5. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

For special events, high-demand dates, specialty vehicles, Sprinter vans, buses, large vehicles, multi-vehicle bookings, concierge/vendor-secured services, or other custom reservations, a non-refundable deposit may be required and applied to the trip balance.

If the Client reschedules within the stated policy window, BHBB USA may, at its discretion, issue a 90-day credit toward a future booking. Credits are subject to availability, vehicle type, service type, and written approval by BHBB USA.

Any refund eligibility beyond the deposit is governed by the cancellation policy below.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bhbbusa.com. The following advance notice is required:

Booking Type

Notice Required

Standard sedans and SUVs, where applicable

24 hours

Hourly service

24 hours

Sprinter vans, specialty vehicles, and large vehicles

30 days

Weddings, proms, and large events

30 days

High-demand event dates – all vehicles, including Art Basel, Formula 1, FIFA World Cup, and similar major events

30 days

Buses and multi-vehicle bookings

30 days

During high-demand periods, including Art Basel, Formula 1, the FIFA World Cup, and similar major events, the 30-day cancellation notice applies to all vehicle types, including sedans and SUVs, overriding the standard cancellation notice that would otherwise apply.

When a Client cancels with the required advance notice, any non-refundable deposit is forfeited per Section 5. Amounts paid above the deposit are refunded to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, less any processing fees already incurred. At the Client’s written request, the full paid amount may be applied as credit toward a future booking within twelve (12) months.

No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full. A no-show is failure to appear within the applicable grace period without prior written notice. Weather-related refunds apply only if BHBB USA cancels service for safety reasons.

7. Reservation Changes

All reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to availability, and may result in additional charges.

Reservation changes may include pickup time changes, pickup or drop-off location changes, extra stops, vehicle changes, service duration changes, passenger or luggage changes, flight changes, event schedule changes, or special requests.

BHBB USA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but changes are not guaranteed.

8. Wait Time & Grace Periods

The following grace periods are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated in writing:

Service Type

Included Grace Period

Standard pickups

15 minutes

Seaports and FBOs, including private aviation terminals

30 minutes

Domestic flights

45 minutes

International flights

60 minutes

BHBB USA may track flights in real time when accurate flight information is provided. Flight tracking helps BHBB USA plan service but does not guarantee unlimited wait time, access, availability, or delay absorption.

Wait time exceeding these grace periods is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

9. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

BHBB USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the reserved vehicle with a comparable or upgraded vehicle when the requested vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason, including mechanical issues, scheduling changes, safety concerns, affiliate availability, or operational requirements.

When possible, the substituted vehicle will be of equal or greater class, capacity, and amenity level, with no additional charge when the substitution is an upgrade. The Client agrees to accept the substituted vehicle as full performance of the booking.

If only a lower-class vehicle is available, BHBB USA will notify the Client when reasonably possible and obtain consent; a partial refund or credit may be issued at BHBB USA’s discretion.

Vehicle images shown on the website or in marketing materials may represent a vehicle category and do not guarantee a specific make, model, year, color, or configuration unless confirmed in writing.

10. Seatbelts & Passenger Capacity

All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Vehicles may not exceed their legal seatbelt capacity under any circumstances.

BHBB USA reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, without refund, if passenger capacity exceeds legal limits, luggage exceeds safe vehicle capacity, passengers refuse to wear seatbelts, or any condition creates a safety concern.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage counts at the time of booking.

11. Child Safety Seats

In compliance with Florida law, all children under six (6) years of age must be secured in an appropriate federally approved child restraint device. Children ages six (6) through seventeen (17) must wear a seatbelt at all times.

Child safety seats are provided complimentary, at no additional charge, subject to availability and advance reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster options may be available.

Chauffeurs may assist with installation; however, correct installation, usage, and compliance with all applicable child-restraint and safety laws are the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

Undeclared children: if children requiring safety seats are not declared in the booking at the time of reservation, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse the trip. Such refusals are treated as no-shows, and 100% of the fare will be charged.

12. Service Animals & Pets

Trained service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities are welcome in all vehicles at no additional charge, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Non-service animals, including pets and emotional support animals, are permitted only with advance written approval at the time of booking and must be appropriately crated, secured, or otherwise approved for transport.

A non-refundable pet fee of $95 per animal applies to non-service animals only.

The Client is responsible for any resulting damage, soiling, odor removal, or cleaning caused by any animal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Client Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

Clients must be punctual, wear seatbelts, respect passenger and luggage limits, treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully, and follow chauffeur instructions related to safety or legality.

Chauffeurs are authorized to terminate service immediately, without refund, if any passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Service may be refused or terminated without refund if a Client or guest:

  • Smokes, vapes, or eats in the vehicle
  • Causes damage or excessive mess
  • Engages in threatening, abusive, or intoxicated behavior
  • Transports illegal substances
  • Extends any body part through windows or sunroofs, including while stopped
  • Carries weapons, except authorized law enforcement with valid credentials

Alcohol is permitted only in vehicles legally licensed for such use. Where permitted, the Client is solely responsible for verifying that all consuming passengers are 21 or older and for any consequences arising from alcohol-related conduct.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

14. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

Clients are financially responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or their guests. Minimum charges include:

Charges may be assessed and applied to the Client’s payment method up to seventy-two (72) hours after service. The Client will be notified in writing with photographic documentation where applicable.

Disputes must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of notification.

15. Flat-Rate Transfers, Route Changes & Traffic Delays

Flat-rate transfers are quoted based on the confirmed itinerary and normal operational assumptions at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply if the Client requests extra stops, requests a route change, delays departure, extends service time beyond the original booking, materially changes the confirmed itinerary, or if event, road, weather, or security conditions require additional waiting or staging.

BHBB USA is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, law enforcement activity, security restrictions, event congestion, government action, or conditions beyond BHBB USA’s reasonable control.

A point-to-point transfer may convert to time-based billing if the Client’s requested changes or delays materially alter the original service.

16. Mechanical Issues

BHBB USA makes reasonable efforts to provide safe, properly maintained vehicles.

However, BHBB USA is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by mechanical issues, vehicle defects, accidents, road hazards, or unforeseen vehicle unavailability.

When possible, BHBB USA will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle, affiliate vehicle, alternate chauffeur, or other reasonable solution.

Mechanical delays do not automatically create a right to refund beyond what BHBB USA determines is appropriate under the circumstances.

17. Lost Items & Luggage

BHBB USA is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Clients are responsible for checking the vehicle before departure.

Items found may be held for up to ten (10) calendar days at BHBB USA’s discretion. Handling, storage, delivery, shipping, or courier fees may apply.

BHBB USA handles luggage with reasonable care but is not responsible for damage to oversized, overweight, fragile, improperly packed, or previously damaged items.

18. Weather, Traffic & Force Majeure

BHBB USA is not liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, missed flights, missed events, missed reservations, missed connections, or additional costs caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, flooding, accidents, traffic congestion, road closures, construction, mechanical issues, law enforcement activity, security restrictions, airport or port delays, venue restrictions, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, government action, public safety orders, infrastructure failures, telecommunications failures, or technology failures.

When feasible, BHBB USA may offer rescheduling, alternate routing, affiliate assistance, or credit at its discretion.

19. Affiliate Partners & Out-of-Market Services

BHBB USA may coordinate certain services through vetted affiliate partners, subcontracted transportation providers, or independent operators, especially for nationwide, worldwide, or out-of-market transportation requests.

Affiliate partners are independent businesses and are not employees of BHBB USA.

Affiliate-operated services may be subject to local laws, local permits, local insurance requirements, affiliate availability, affiliate vehicle standards, local airport, port, venue, or municipal rules, and the affiliate partner’s own operating requirements.

BHBB USA may act as the client-facing coordinator unless otherwise stated, but BHBB USA does not control all local rules, road conditions, venue access procedures, or affiliate operating circumstances.

Concierge services may involve third-party vendors.

BHBB USA is not responsible for third-party vendor acts, omissions, pricing, availability, cancellation policies, quality, licensing, safety, access, or delivery unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any third-party costs, deposits, cancellation fees, vendor fees, or purchases are the Client’s responsibility.

22. SMS, WhatsApp, Email & Trip Notifications

By booking or requesting service, the Client authorizes BHBB USA to communicate by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp Business, booking system, or other reasonable service-related communication channels.

Messages may include booking confirmations, chauffeur status updates, on-the-way notifications, on-location notifications, passenger-on-board updates, drop-off confirmations, payment requests, service questions, and operational updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Clients may request communication adjustments, but some communication may be necessary to provide service.

23. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BHBB USA, its owners, officers, employees, chauffeurs, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the conduct of the Client or any passenger in the Client’s party, breach of these Terms, damage to vehicles or property, violation of law, unsafe or unlawful passenger behavior, third-party claims arising from the Client’s actions, or misuse of services.

This obligation survives completion of service.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except where liability cannot legally be limited, BHBB USA’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the affected service.

BHBB USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including missed flights, missed connections, missed events, lost profits, lost business opportunities, business interruption, emotional distress, third-party vendor issues, traffic delays, or weather delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Personal and payment data is used solely for operational, legal, payment, booking, communication, and service-related purposes. BHBB USA does not sell client transportation details to advertisers.

Payment processing may be handled through authorized third-party payment platforms. BHBB USA does not store raw card data outside authorized payment or booking systems.

26. Right to Refuse Future Service

BHBB USA reserves the right to refuse current or future service to any Client or passenger who violates these Terms, acts unlawfully or unsafely, abuses chauffeurs or staff, causes damage, fails to pay, files fraudulent disputes or chargebacks, repeatedly cancels or no-shows, or creates safety, legal, reputational, or operational risk.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Any unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent as closely as possible.

28. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation. BHBB USA may elect mediation, arbitration, or other lawful dispute-resolution procedures where permitted by law.

BHBB USA may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website, quote request process, booking process, payment authorization, or transportation services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
