To make the best use of their resources, companies often prefer longer bookings.

The BHBB USA Concierge Service was created to meet the needs of various clients, mainly visitors to Miami. It includes any request that our clients can pay for, within the state and federal laws of the United States. All requests must be made in writing via SMS, WhatsApp, or email and must be prepaid. BHBB USA charges a management commission on the official prices of the requested service.

BHBB USA recommends all the services it offers based on client feedback, but is not responsible for any inconvenience from third-party services. As a policy, we do not work with service providers who have consistently negative reviews from clients, as they do not align with the quality of service we provide.

BHBB USA specializes in offering VIP BLACK SUV EXPERIENCE, providing high-end, luxury SUVs for chauffeured transportation, ensuring a top-tier experience for their clients. Additionally, through their affiliate network, BHBB USA offers other types of vehicles to cater to various transportation needs.

BHBB USA follows a safety protocol by limiting the number of passengers to the number of seat belts installed in each BLACK SUV. Typically, there is seating for 6 passengers, but upon prior request, they can provide vehicles with 7 seat belts, subject to availability. This ensures safety and compliance with transportation standards. The luggage capacity, depending on the size of the suitcases, can generally accommodate between 5 and 6 suitcases.

Waiting time is defined as the time that the limousine and chauffeur are required to wait at a location beyond the initially scheduled departure time, either because of the client’s delay or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

Waiting time charges will be added to the final invoice and are payable upon the completion of the service.

 Generous Waiting Time Policies

We offer ample waiting times at no additional charge to accommodate your schedule:

• International Flights: 60 minutes
• National Flights: 45 minutes
• Seaports and FBOs: 30 minutes
• County Pick Up: 15 minutes.

After the initial Generous Waiting Time period, an additional charge will apply in 30-minute increments at our hourly rate. Once the initial waiting period of 1 hour has elapsed, the vehicle will become available for a new reservation.

BHBB USA reserves the right to terminate the service if the client exceeds the maximum waiting time allowed without prior notification or reasonable cause. In such cases, the client may be responsible for the full-service fee.

Free cancellations will be accepted via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls from the time of booking up to 2 hours before the reservation. Between 1:59 hours and the reservation time, any cancellation made via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls will be charged to the requesting account for the full reservation amount. A 2-hour notice for cancellation is required to avoid charges. Please feel free to contact our office for special events and specialty vehicles.

The client is responsible for notifying the limousine company as soon as possible of any delays or changes in the pick-up schedule.
If the client anticipates that the service will require additional waiting time beyond what is initially scheduled, the client should inform the limousine company in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
