Waiting time charges will be added to the final invoice and are payable upon the completion of the service.

 Generous Waiting Time Policies

We offer ample waiting times at no additional charge to accommodate your schedule:

  • International Flights: 60 minutes
  • National Flights: 45 minutes
  • Seaports and FBOs: 30 minutes
  • County Pick Up: 15 minutes.

After the initial Generous Waiting Time period, an additional charge will apply in 30-minute increments at our hourly rate. Once the initial waiting period of 1 hour has elapsed, the vehicle will become available for a new reservation.

BHBB USA reserves the right to terminate the service if the client exceeds the maximum waiting time allowed without prior notification or reasonable cause. In such cases, the client may be responsible for the full-service fee.

Free cancellations will be accepted via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls from the time of booking up to 2 hours before the reservation. Between 1:59 hours and the reservation time, any cancellation made via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls will be charged to the requesting account for the full reservation amount.
