BHBB USA’s Chauffeur Services are tailored for clients who value security, reliability, and luxurious, “door-to-door” limousine experiences. We specialize in Airport Transfers for seamless, punctual pickups and drop-offs, as well as Hourly Rides for flexible, customized travel within the city. With a global network of over 5,000 trusted affiliates and active memberships in the Florida and National Limousine Associations, we ensure each journey—whether local or international—meets the highest standards of professionalism and comfort, redefining convenience and elegance for every client.
The BHBB USA Concierge Service was created to meet the needs of various clients, mainly visitors to Miami. It includes any request that our clients can pay for, within the state and federal laws of the United States. All requests must be made in writing via SMS, WhatsApp, or email and must be prepaid. BHBB USA charges a management commission on the official prices of the requested service.
BHBB USA recommends all the services it offers based on client feedback, but is not responsible for any inconvenience from third-party services. As a policy, we do not work with service providers who have consistently negative reviews from clients, as they do not align with the quality of service we provide.

Waiting time is defined as the time that the limousine and chauffeur are required to wait at a location beyond the initially scheduled departure time, either because of the client’s delay or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
Waiting time charges will be added to the final invoice and are payable upon the completion of the service.
Generous Waiting Time Policies
We offer ample waiting times at no additional charge to accommodate your schedule:
- International Flights: 60 minutes
- National Flights: 45 minutes
- Seaports and FBOs: 30 minutes
- County Pick Up: 15 minutes.
After the initial Generous Waiting Time period, an additional charge will apply in 30-minute increments at our hourly rate. Once the initial waiting period of 1 hour has elapsed, the vehicle will become available for a new reservation.
BHBB USA reserves the right to terminate the service if the client exceeds the maximum waiting time allowed without prior notification or reasonable cause. In such cases, the client may be responsible for the full-service fee.
The minimum hourly rate at BHBB USA requires a booking of at least 3 hours. This means that a minimum fee for 3 hours will be applied, regardless of the actual duration of your trip.
Operational Efficiency: Preparing a limousine for service involves time and effort. The chauffeur must clean and prepare the vehicle, ensuring it is in excellent condition and ready for the client. Therefore, they must arrive several minutes early, considering the increasing traffic in Miami. This process is similar whether the service is short or long. To make the best use of their resources, companies often prefer longer bookings.

At BHBB USA, passenger safety and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure adherence to transportation safety regulations, we match the number of passengers to the available seat belts in our BLACK SUVs. Our standard configuration accommodates 4 passengers for an optimal and comfortable ride. For larger groups, we offer SUVs with capacity for up to 6 passengers, and for maximum capacity, vehicles with seating for 7 passengers are available. All vehicle options are subject to availability.
In addition to passenger capacity, our SUVs are designed to handle a variety of luggage needs. Depending on suitcase sizes, our vehicles can typically accommodate between 4 to 7 pieces of luggage, ensuring that both passengers and their belongings travel securely and comfortably.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Ground and Airport Services:
- Free Cancellations: Accepted via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Future Credit: Cancellations made within the policy timeframe will receive a credit for future bookings, valid for up to 90 days after the cancellation date.
- Special Events: Require a 1-month cancellation notice.
- Standard Services: A notice for cancellation is required to avoid charges.
Concierge Services:
- Free Cancellations: Accepted via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. Must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Future Credit: Cancellations made within the policy timeframe will receive a credit for future bookings, valid for up to 90 days after the cancellation date.
- Special Events: Require a 1-month cancellation notice.

Last-Minute Reservations
For last-minute reservations, bookings can be made directly on our website with at least 6 hours’ notice before your desired pick-up time. Yes, at BHBB USA, we are pleased to accept cash payments for our limousine services. However, to secure your reservation, we require a signed Credit Card Authorization Form. This authorization will place a hold on your credit card for the reservation amount and will remain on file for every future request received from you at BHBB USA. This process ensures that each booking is fully confirmed and adheres to our Client Protection Financial Information policy, providing an added layer of security for both you and BHBB USA. Once the authorization is in place, you are welcome to settle the final balance in cash with your chauffeur at the time of service.
